Sabers Booster Club
Our Mission Statement
The Saber Booster Club's mission is to foster an environment that inspires student athletes, coaches, parents and the community to collectively create a positive and spirited atmosphere. We are volunteers who wish to serve and lead by example. We support through fundraising, stand behind strong moral character and good sportsmanship, promote a winning school spirit through athletics and encourage attendance.
The Sabers Booster Club is a group of parents (current and former), with the help of school administrators, whose mission is to enrich the Susquehanna Community High School athletic community by providing financial support for our Football, Football Cheer, and Pep Band programs. This is done by funding areas of need that are not fully covered by the school. We are dedicated to the continued support of our student athletes and coaching staff. In addition to financial support, the Sabers Booster Club recognizes that participation in high school athletics benefits everyone and promotes opportunities to build and strengthen relationships among all involved: the student body, coaches, teaching staff, parents and the community. We strive to support athletic and academic excellence, create a winning school spirit, promote team unity, and maintain the history and tradition of excellence for all student athletes at Susquehanna Community High School.

Ways We Help
The Sabers Booster Club support is shown in many ways, including volunteering time, raising money, and contributing funds to better enhance the experience for not only student athletes but also the community. We play a key role in supporting Susquehanna Community High School Football, Football Cheer, and Pep Band in many ways, and we are very thankful for the positive contributions booster clubs provide to our programs.
Football Cheer
With this support and close collaboration between parents, cheerleaders, and school staff for the cheer program we are able to recognize, celebrate squad achievements, and fundraise to help cheerleaders offset expenses.
Football Players
We are dedicated provide funds and coordinate events & activities. Our program, with your support, helps to purchase and coordinate pre-game meals and general seasonal events.
Pep Band
Our primary purpose is to help raise funds and search for avenues that promote game day pep band and other music based activities.
